When purchasing from audiofly.com using your credit card, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Online Purchases Policy
Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax
For customers in the UK, all prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). For customers outside UK, prices are in Euros (EUR). Prices are subject to change without notice. We currently accept PayPal and Credit Card payments for online web store purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before shipping. GST will be charged on all transactions within Australia and this charge is added during checkout and may not included in the price displayed in the shop screens. The price shown on the Audiofly website is exclusive of any import taxes or duties that may be applied when delivered to locations outside of UK or Europe. Any taxes or duty charges that may be incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Audiofly Pty Ltd will NOT be liable for paying taxes or duties for orders placed from outside of Australia or USA.
audioflyeurope.com currently ships to addresses in the UK, and across Europe. For orders over £99.99/€99.99 we offer free shipping. If an order is under £99.99/€99.99, we charge a flat rate of £5/€5 for shipping. Orders placed through audiofly.com will usually dispatch within 48 hours but may take longer due to larger order volumes or unexpected factors. We will always endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible and communicate any delays to you promptly.
UK orders will ship via Hermes. Standard delivery time is usually between 1-5 days. An automated email with shipment confirmation including a tracking number will be sent to you when your order is completed. Please note this email may, in some cases, be sent after the item has been delivered – depending on your proximity to the warehouse, delivery can be fast!
Euorpean orders will ship via Parcelforce. Standard delivery time is usually between 3-7 days.
At Audiofly, we endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Our standard delivery time is usually between 3-5 days. However should a product that you have ordered not be available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to organise an alternative item, a back order or full refund.
Product Colours and Representation
We have done our best to convey as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Furthermore, Audiofly reserves the right to change and/or alter from time to time the photography and computer generated imagery to reflect any inline product changes that occur as a result of ongoing product development. This is to ensure the product displayed is as close as possible to the actual product available.
At Audiofly, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will always endeavour to make things right. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on In-Ear headphones. The exception to this is if packaging is unopened and the headphones are returned within 20 days of purchase.
Generally authorised returns are processed twice a week, usually within 72 hours of receiving them. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used for purchase. We can only Authorise a return if you have contacted us prior to returning the product. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post on the account once the refund has been processed.
Audiofly offers a limited one-year warranty for the AF33, AF45, AF56, AF78 and AF240 and a limited two-year warranty for the AF100, AF120, AF140, AF160, AF180 and AF1120 that guarantees all products, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
Any inability to supply original proof of purchase may mean you are unable to claim any warranty repair or replacement.
